1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "User," or "Client") and System Layer Base ("we," "us," or "our"), an educational hardware laboratory registered in the Republic of Korea, operating at Kim Jihun, 18-7 Munsusan-ro 215beon-gil, Wolgot-myeon, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do 10001.

By accessing our website at system-layerbase.click, enrolling in our educational workshops, scheduling advisory sessions, or utilizing our laboratory test facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Educational Services

System Layer Base provides practical education, training workshops, component selection consultations, and laboratory exercises relating to GPU compute hardware, electrical load balancing, thermal interface materials, and Linux-based operating systems.

All information, instruction, diagrams, calculations, and curriculum materials are provided solely for technical and educational purposes. System Layer Base does not provide financial advice, investment advisory services, or token price forecasts.

3. Laboratory Safety & Bench Conduct

Participants attending in-person workshops at our Gimpo facility agree to adhere strictly to all instructor directions and facility safety protocols, including:

• Wearing enclosed footwear and appropriate ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety equipment at all active electrical benches.
• Refraining from energizing high-draw power supplies or breakout boards without direct instructor verification.
• Handling precision diagnostic tools, calipers, torque drivers, and multimeters with due care and diligence.

We reserve the right to suspend or dismiss any participant whose conduct endangers the physical safety of themselves, other students, or laboratory equipment without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational materials, lab manuals, wiring schematics, syllabi, software scripts, photographs, and written guides published on this website or distributed during classes remain the exclusive intellectual property of System Layer Base. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use printed or digital workshop materials for individual study and personal hardware maintenance only.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, System Layer Base and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the application of technical information learned during our classes, including but not limited to hardware component wear, silicon degradation from third-party overclocking, or facility electrical modifications performed outside our supervision.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our educational services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts having jurisdiction over Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do.
